+ Conceptualize, design and model battery charging / discharging profile based on various environmental and driver-related factors
+ Conceptualize, design and model battery charge-capacity estimation algorithm
+ Conceptualize, design and model battery health and battery state of power algorithm to achieve optimum balance between power output and life
+ Improvise overall battery management algorithm to achieve longer driving range, longer battery life and achieving better power output.
+ Conceptualize, design and model battery thermal management
+ Design of power electronics
+ Design vehicle communication networking with other ECU.
+ Calibration of battery management system
+ Creative, Innovative, Initiative, Flexible and Motivated
+ BS in Electrical and Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or Power Electronics Eng or equivalent
+ BS in Software Eng with knowledge in power, energy and battery system can be considered
+ Preferable to have 1 - 3 years or more of related experience.
